About the Role:
Join K9 Resorts as the Grand Opening Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in launching new locations and driving brand awareness. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your marketing expertise with your passion for pets in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Primary marketing lead working with K9 franchisees to optimize their pre-opening, grand opening, and post-opening marketing efforts and ensure successful launches and first year revenue.
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and drive new client acquisition.
- Collaborate with franchisees to provide marketing support and resources for local grassroots and paid media initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, lead gen/media performance, and customer feedback to help franchisees optimize marketing efforts.
- Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment, support and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or franchise management.
- Proven track record of successful grassroots, CRM, and local media planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with franchisees and K9 teammates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for pets and understanding of the pet care industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel throughout the US to support franchisees, attend grand opening events, periodic trips to headquarters, etc.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
