This isn’t your average internship. You’ll step into a role supporting the executive team and drive meaningful work across operations, innovation, marketing, IT and brand strategies.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the Co-CEO, Co-Founder and visionary entrepreneur/C-Suite team to develop research and development projects for operational improvements, new services, and emerging technology
Analyze franchise data, consumer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Develop and present project roadmaps, executive summaries, and data-backed recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional pilot programs with real-world impact
Conduct competitor benchmarking and track key performance indicators
Own timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for assigned initiatives
Assist in creating SOP’s for any processes we put in place

What We’re Looking For

Enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, M.S. in Hospitality, or related field)
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional research skills
Strong communicator with polished writing and presentation abilities
Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
A keen attention to detail
An extreme sense of urgency, gets things done

This is a paid internship open to graduate-level students currently enrolled in a master’s program (MBA, MS in Hospitality, or similar). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be available to work on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ. While this position does not guarantee future employment, top-performing interns may be considered for long-term opportunities within our organization.
