Are you a driven, highly organized graduate student ready to gain exposure to real-world executive operations? Join K9 Resorts as a Chief of Staff Intern, supporting our CEO in the day-to-day execution of top strategic priorities across our growing national franchise system.
This is a rare opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and operational skills while working at the highest level of a luxury Pet Hotel brand.

What You’ll Do
• Serve as a direct support to the CEO, helping manage priorities, timelines, and high-level initiatives
• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and internal communications
• Track progress on key initiatives across departments and report on outcomes
• Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
• Research trends, competitors, or emerging opportunities and provide recommendations
• Help manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and cross-functional communications

• Enrolled in a graduate program (hospitality or business preferred)
• Strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information
• Analytical thinker who can manage multiple projects and priorities
• Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced setting
• A keen attention to detail
• An extreme sense of urgency, gets things done

This is a paid internship open to graduate-level students currently enrolled in a master’s program (MBA, MS in Hospitality, or similar). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be available to work on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
